A personal journal

...Having read 100 pages into the book "A bug free mind" by Andy Shaw, I follow the advice writing down my thoughts, intends and especially what I have learnt from his system so far. I did start the book being absolutely open and neutral, as I try to be with all new things, with the expectation of learning something new to apply to my life, in order to obtain a solid success mind. Still I have read a lot of self-help books before, in the pursuit to find the ultimate success formula and have been applying what I learnt so far. Without doubts this "applied knowledge" has helped me a lot to improve in a short time.

With these first pages of Andy Shaw's book, I have noticed a more drastic improvement and I believe he has finally found a "universal" way of explaining how to gain back control over your own mind, going deep down to the very basis and turn the steering wheel towards the life you desire.

For the purpose to share the information and remind myself of it as a daily basis, here is a summary of the new obtained knowledge:

-  Practice 15 secs of positive thought
-  Practice the no-mind state to reboot your mind's hard-drive
-  Create a list of things you're grateful of and spend 15 minutes+ being grateful for them
-  Accept what is
-  Forgive everybody & everything who wronged you
-  Observe without judgement
-  Don't worry - about things, other's opinion, making mistakes, or anything else
 - Observe yourself, especially your ego
- Love yourself
- Accept mistakes as an essential part of life for progress
- Practice & enjoy being wrong
- Don't blame anyone & anything
-  Check you're not giving yourself any negative suggestions
- Accept who you are and feel fantastic
- You are spiritually perfect
- Never feel guilt
- Question what you know - intellectual knowledge or applied knowledge
- Find ways to interrupt your thoughts to find out if you know what you're doing
- Make new things you learnt your default thoughts
- Interact and share your wisdom - ask & answer
- Try reading pieces of information out loud, so to self-suggest with a different method and observe your feelings to it

The first thought that came up with this entry: "inspired to succeed"

...I shall remember, repeat and continue...
