Question...

- Question all your beliefs; observe them.
- No thought stands still; The foundation of your beliefs has to be solid.
- Being scared to question a belief, indicates the need to question it even more.
- Stop feeling sorry - send the thought of a positive outcome.
- Ask yourself how you can serve others with what you do and what you're interested in.
- Remember "If I change myself - I will change the world"
- Teaching a person how to change is changing the world.
- Focusing on the world's hurt drains your creative energy - heal yourself first.

The Blob....

- Observe other's negative activity - see how it makes you feel.
- Observe the negativity on everyday news (TV, etc.)
- Look for hidden negativity, when you find it see how it makes you feel.
- Raising awareness of the negativity around you will protect you against it and/or have you not tolerate being around it anymore.
- As you move towards the life you desire, you will either have to be very vigilant to protect against the blob or cut the cancer from your life. One requires constant effort, the other one strong effort at the start.

Notice that you are changing as a person and the world around you does not change as fast.....

Time to let go...

- Let go of your past pain. Look at it and see that it holds no value for you.
- Your past pain is not you. You keep it alive, so you can choose to let it go.
- ' I will create no more pain and no more problems for myself.'
- No more good and bad, it's all good from now on. Practice living in acceptance of both pleasure & pain.
- Stop resenting anything & anyone. If it only goes away but not dissolves, use less effort and look at it again.

Relax and don't fight it, let it go slowly if necessary. Realize that resentment is worthless.

I think it's a very well hidden and inconspicuous obstacle in daily life. An obstacle which can be deeply rooted and needs careful attention, for it will require proper practice to gain the acceptance.
