I know!
The secret to success...
- Observe your language; observe the use of the word 'believe' and 'know'. Use the word know when you're absolutely sure.
- Don't 'believe' and don't do 'beliefs' - know things!
- Explore 'why do you think you are where you are ?' - You 'believed' it or you 'knew' it ?
- Doubt has to be removed for a clear thought. Convert beliefs into knows and make sure to be sure.
Simple but truly powerful once mastered.

Allow!
- Don't 'try' to fix things. Do it or don't. Observe yourself every time.
- Allow others to be. Let go of frustrations. Give up judgements.
- Observe & resolve to stop judging others. Be grateful for catching yourself, it can only hurt you.
- A stubborn problem = not allowing the answer. Slip into no-mind or go do something else. The answer will come.
- Be present when talking to someone. Honor them by listening. Listen to everything, said, implied & unsaid. How can you gain from their words & how do they make you feel.
- Remember to see a positive outcome for all who you meet. Helps stop judging.
- Take a look at your own death, surrender to everything and find regrets in order to design your life.
- Deal with what happens after your death when the time comes. Live till that point.

Surrender!

- Be like air - impossible to harm.
- Practice surrendering; look for things & observe reactions. Find every little thing to surrender to.
- Surrender all resentment & the fact you have it.
- You are letting go of your position.
- Become non-reactive.
- There is no danger, here lies absolute power.
- Letting go of resistance through becoming vulnerable transmutes into invulnerability.
- Look to completely accept what is.
- Unhappiness cannot survive in the present; so avoid to be absent / unconscious.
- Fully surrender = in harmony.
- Sense unhappiness = you're not present.
- To obtain peace accept your non-peace.
- Observe nature remaining without resistance.
- When tempted to say 'I don't care' rather say 'I do not see any value in it for me to move forward'.

No Worries!
A sheer endless topic and a part of every day - always to be watched out for constantly.
- Notice your worries. When they pop up in your head, be grateful for the opportunity to dive into your mind - look at it. Why is it there ? Why did you think that ? Why do you worry about it ?
- Look at all your worries! Accept & see them as they are; recognize when you feel worried / afraid.
- Share your concerns with one you trust - an exposed problem allows a solution to be manifested and gives access to possibility.
- No rush! Pay attention, slow down and allow changes to happen by shining light onto the darkness.
- Decide not to torment yourself any longer! There is no point for it.
- Expose your habits around worrying, by being in an environment where worry cannot persist without you noticing.
- Good or bad, it's all good! Therefore nothing to worry about.
- Look at each worry and ask yourself 'What is the benefit to me of worrying about the outcome ?'
- You allowed worries in - now allow them to leave!
- Check that your beliefs are not the root of your worries. Expose and take a good look - true beliefs are not afraid of the light.
- It's a constant process of change - not to be finished but to be constantly engaged in.
- Be grateful for a doubt - it stands for a fear - go and have a look at it.
- Choose not to gamble your life away, as your ego wants you to do so.
- Let go of stuff, clear out old stuff & get rid of it - declutter your mind.
- To properly evaluate your new idea(s), go back to your due diligence check list.

Fear....the Illusion.
There's a lot to learn from this topic and at the same time little necessary to eliminate the core problem.
F.E.A.R. = False Evidence Appearing Real
- To master your fears - start looking at them.
- Understand each fear; look at how bad it can get and use it as a starting point.
- To master look at them all - big and small.
- Fear = What might happen; You cannot deal with the future but with the NOW.
- Shine a light on each and every fear, just observing, in order to progress.
- Avoid unconscious inaction!
- For emotional strength, use opportunities to make minor mistakes - re-learn the natural way of learning.
- Avoid talking bad about yourself and others - it comes back to you magnified.
- Unless helpful, the thoughts of others are totally, completely and absolutely irrelevant.
- Choose not to be stressed.
- True prosperity = Gratitude for the present moment and fullness of Life.
- Spend time in your head; Shine light on the illusion creating stress. Be grateful for noticing it and observe it's decrease.
- Remember (to dissolve it): 'Stress demands attention.'
- Remember to ask yourself: Does it take me to or away from my goal ? In order to identify positive and negative stress.
I will spend more personal time, on a regular basis, inside my mind.

The Blob....
- Observe other's negative activity - see how it makes you feel.
- Observe the negativity on everyday news (TV, etc.)
- Look for hidden negativity, when you find it see how it makes you feel.
- Raising awareness of the negativity around you will protect you against it and/or have you not tolerate being around it anymore.
- As you move towards the life you desire, you will either have to be very vigilant to protect against the blob or cut the cancer from your life. One requires constant effort, the other one strong effort at the start.
Notice that you are changing as a person and the world around you does not change as fast.....

Time to let go...
- Let go of your past pain. Look at it and see that it holds no value for you.
- Your past pain is not you. You keep it alive, so you can choose to let it go.
- ' I will create no more pain and no more problems for myself.'
- No more good and bad, it's all good from now on. Practice living in acceptance of both pleasure & pain.
- Stop resenting anything & anyone. If it only goes away but not dissolves, use less effort and look at it again.
Relax and don't fight it, let it go slowly if necessary. Realize that resentment is worthless.
I think it's a very well hidden and inconspicuous obstacle in daily life. An obstacle which can be deeply rooted and needs careful attention, for it will require proper practice to gain the acceptance.

- Consider which 'beliefs' make it harder. Look for everyday life 'beliefs' and find out if they are of benefit to you.
- Make sure to be able to 'no-mind'.
- Practice no arguing - loose & give away control. Observe the other person. Recognize the desire to win and surrender to it, then observe its transmutation to acceptance.
- Practice winning arguments without arguing, while the other person does not loose.
