Now!

- Your most valuable asset is now!
- Disassociate yourself from time!
- Say yes to the present moment.
- Ask 'Am I trying to get there to be happy?'
- Create a new habit - the tendency to drift to the present.
- Ask to be present & slow down your mind  ' I wonder what my next thought is going to be?'
- Be present - 'What is this moment lacking?'
- There are no problems in life - just situations to be dealt with now or left alone.
- Presence - 'Is there joy, ease and lightness in what I am doing?'
- Feel bad stuff = non presence; feel good stuff = presence.
- Ask 'Am I present now ?'
- Seek joy in the present moment; Now is all you have.
