Techniques that demand a lot of attention and practice.
- Be like air - impossible to harm.
- Practice surrendering; look for things & observe reactions. Find every little thing to surrender to.
- Surrender all resentment & the fact you have it.
- You are letting go of your position.
- Become non-reactive.
- There is no danger, here lies absolute power.
- Letting go of resistance through becoming vulnerable transmutes into invulnerability.
- Look to completely accept what is.
- Unhappiness cannot survive in the present; so avoid to be absent / unconscious.
- Fully surrender = in harmony.
- Sense unhappiness = you're not present.
- To obtain peace accept your non-peace.
- Observe nature remaining without resistance.
- When tempted to say 'I don't care' rather say 'I do not see any value in it for me to move forward'.
- Be always delighted with yourself!
- When making a choice, ask what are the consequences of it & will it bring happiness to me & those around me.
- To achieve full surrender accept there is resistance.
