No Worries!

A sheer endless topic and a part of every day - always to be watched out for constantly.

- Notice your worries. When they pop up in your head, be grateful for the opportunity to dive into your mind - look at it. Why is it there ? Why did you think that ? Why do you worry about it ?
- Look at all your worries! Accept & see them as they are; recognize when you feel worried / afraid.
- Share your concerns with one you trust - an exposed problem allows a solution to be manifested and gives access to possibility.
- No rush! Pay attention, slow down and allow changes to happen by shining light onto the darkness.
- Decide not to torment yourself any longer! There is no point for it.
- Expose your habits around worrying, by being in an environment where worry cannot persist without you noticing.
- Good or bad, it's all good! Therefore nothing to worry about.
- Look at each worry and ask yourself 'What is the benefit to me of worrying about the outcome ?'
- You allowed worries in - now allow them to leave!
- Check that your beliefs are not the root of your worries. Expose and take a good look - true beliefs are not afraid of the light.
- It's a constant process of change - not to be finished but to be constantly engaged in.
- Be grateful for a doubt - it stands for a fear - go and have a look at it.
- Choose not to gamble your life away, as your ego wants you to do so.
- Let go of stuff, clear out old stuff & get rid of it - declutter your mind.
- To properly evaluate your new idea(s), go back to your due diligence check list.

....no more worries, stress and anxiety. Get life to be slower & richer.
