Your Mind = A Tool

I have learned new techniques in the last 35 pages of the bug free mind book, which will definitely need a bit more attention and practice in order to become a daily routine:

- You're only in competition with yourself ; Are you inspired by other's success or feel small ?
- Check that you love that what you want to become
- Check your 'beliefs'; make sure the old programs have been removed and new software installed.
- Choose to be happy now - don't put it off forever.
- Understand there's nothing to get (Happiness comes from within, from nothing else; live it now)
- Don't think in terms of problems, consider solutions.
- Train yourself to get solutions from your subconscious mind (eg when getting up in the morning)
- Take note of your accomplishments; appreciate your achievements and you'll have more of them.
- Are you headed in the right direction ? Check your assumptions, question your thoughts why.
- Your Mind = A Tool - check you're in control.

These added to the one's before conclude the base skill set you require to achieve the life you desire.
