- Practice removing 'want' and 'wanting' from your daily life.
Change it to 'desire' and start 'desiring' instead.
- Continue to notice, explore and question your assumptions.
- Stop Waiting! Start Doing!
- Use forced waiting time (eg. in queues) for quiet meditation.
- Observe your words - look out for the word 'hope'
- Give up on hope!
Repeat and let it become a solid basis.
